What this is
CHC Calendars (chccalendars.com) is a private scheduling dashboard for Compass Health Consultants, built and operated by Justin Thompson. It exists only to bring the board’s calendars into one place. It is not a public service: it does not advertise, does not track visitors, and does not sell data.
What information is in it
Meeting and event details from the calendars and accounts each member connects — for example a Google Calendar, iCal feed URLs, and calendar invitations forwarded to it — plus events added by hand. It only ever reads calendar information from connected accounts; it never reads the contents of an email inbox.
How it’s used
Solely to show each member’s unified calendar and availability, remind them of what’s coming up, and let them accept or decline invitations. It is never sold, rented, mined for advertising, or shared with anyone outside the short list below.
Who can access it
Each calendar’s owner; Justin Thompson (who administers and maintains it); and any board members or assistants an owner explicitly shares access with. Shared views show only the slices the owner allows — often just “busy” blocks with no titles or details — and can be switched off at any time.
Where it lives & how it’s protected
On dedicated server infrastructure, in a private database — not on a consumer platform. Connections are encrypted (the lock in your browser), the dashboard sits behind a password, and access can be revoked at any time.
Services it relies on
To run, it uses a small number of trusted providers, each only for its specific job and none of which sell your data: Google (to sync a connected calendar and send RSVP replies), Cloudflare (web address, routing, and security), the server host, and an AI provider for the optional in-app assistant.
Cookies
A single sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies of any kind.
Your choices
Any member can ask to see, correct, or delete their information at any time, disconnect any connected account, revoke any share link, and take full ownership of their data whenever they like. No lock-in.
Changes to this policy
If anything here changes, the effective date below will be updated.
